I was brought up in a home of music, textiles and craft so it's no surprise that I found my way into both of these fields in my professional life.

As an experienced sound engineer I worked in a broadcast studio for 6 years and continue to record and edit programs for commercial and BBC networks on a freelance basis.

However I found my love of art and design pulled me in a very different direction, so I relocated from London to Bristol - closer to my childhood home in Devon - and embarked on a career in illustration and design.

I'm currently a resident at Jamaica Street Artists in Bristol where I create, design and illustrate, fuelled by tea, biscuits and an innate desire to make something beautiful.

Inspiration comes from many places, but I’m particularly passionate about nature and folklore (something about growing up on the border of Dartmoor I suspect). I specialise in print and drawing.
